Help Us Celebrate a Grandparent Who Shows Up!
In honor of Grandparents Day, Maryland Diaper Bank is celebrating the grandparents who consistently show up for their families and communities.
We know many grandparents serve as caregivers, encouragers, problem-solvers, and steady sources of support. Some help raise grandchildren. Others step in for neighbors, friends, or families in their community. Often, their impact is seen most clearly by the people around them.
This year, we are inviting our community to nominate a grandparent who deserves to be recognized. One selected grandparent will receive a $100 self-care gift card as a small reminder that those who spend so much time caring for others deserve a little care, too.
Nominations may be submitted by partners, family members, friends, neighbors, coworkers, community members, educators, faith leaders, service providers, or anyone who has witnessed a grandparent making a meaningful difference.
